Denmark recalls large quantity of salmon

According to the Danish newspaper, BT, Dansk Supermarket has recalled a large quantity of gravlax and smoked salmon.

The products have been sold in the following stores: Net, Fotex, Bilka and Salling, according to the company.

“The Danish Food Safety Authority have unfortunately found excessive listeria values in the smoked salmon, and therefore we’re recalling all products from that brand,” says Carina Jensen, Quality Manager at Dansk Supermarked, in a press release.

Products of all sizes and expiration dates are recalled.
