Susan Searle now owns 224,625 shares.
In a statement on the London Stock Exchange, fish health company Benchmark writes that Susan Searle purchased 8,800 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the company at a price of 54.3 pence per share for her Individual Savings Account (ISA) on 30 November 2020.
Searle also purchased 3,500 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in shares at a price of 56.75 pence per share for her ISA on the 1st December.

Benchmark added that Fraser Searle, the husband of Susan Searle, purchased 14,200 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in shares at a price of 54.25 pence per share on the 30th of November.
Following this transaction, Susan Searle, together with her husband, has a total beneficial interest in the company of 224,625 shares, representing approximately 0.03 per-cent of Benchmark’s issued share capital.
