In August it was reported that Mowi would separate out and sell the 50 per-cent owned business in DESS Aquaculture Shipping. The salmon giant has invested EUR 60 million in the company.

The buyer of the shares is a fund controlled by Antin Infrastructure Partners, according to an Oslo stock exchange announcement from Mowi on Monday morning.
