Former Leroy Seafood employee, Lene Fammestad, has begun her new job as head of sales at the salmon exchange, Fish Pool.
From her wholesale focus at Leroy, Fammestad will use her market knowledge as head of sales at Fish Pool, where some forward fish pricing is worked out.
Fish Pool CEO, Soren Martens, said Fammesad “completes” the team in a very good way.
“Lene already has a wide network among European purchasers of salmon,” Martens stated.
Of note, Fammestad studied economics and logistics and did a course in Market Competence Norwegian Seafood Industry at the Norwegian School of Economics. Now Bergen-based, she’ll be at EWOS Solstrand
