Denmark-based RAS supplier Alpha Aqua has announced the recruitment of three key figures from Billund Aquaculture to bolster its leadership team.
Erik Gutzmann, Mark Russell, and Bjarne Hald Olsen will join the Denmark-based company, which specializes in sustainable Recirculating Aquaculture Systems (RAS).
Gutzmann, who previously served as Senior Advisor and Department Manager at Billund Aquaculture, will assume the role of Aquaculture Biological Architect alongside Russell, who brings nearly nine years of experience as Grow-Out Supervisor. Olsen, with over 17 years of leadership experience across roles including CEO and COO, joins Alpha Aqua as Chief Sales Officer.
The company stated that the new hires will strengthen its efforts to drive innovation and sustainability within the aquaculture sector, as Alpha Aqua continues to focus on delivering environmentally friendly RAS solutions.
Based in Esbjerg, Alpha Aqua is recognized for its modular aquaculture systems that enhance biosecurity and operational efficiency while promoting fish welfare.
