Johan Henrik Krefting leaving land-based salmon farmer’s board.
In a press release on Wednesday, Atlantic Sapphire announces that Johan Henrik Krefting, who previously represented Vatne Equity on the Board of Directors since 25 September 2017, and has been an independent board member since 20 June 2019, has taken a new employment position that prevents him from serving further as a company board member.
Krefting has therefore informed the company that he will resign as a board member effective on 23 October 2019. The board said it will launch the process of identifying a suitable candidate to succeed Krefting as a board member.
