Atlantic Sapphire insider dumps shares for €2 million

Needed funds to pay taxes.

The deputy member of the Board of Directors of Atlantic Sapphire, Peter Skou, on Friday sold 180,000 Atlantic Sapphire shares through the company Okpas Invest ApS at an average price of NOK 120.00 per share.

This was stated in a message from Atlantic Sapphire.

The proceeds from the transaction will be used to pay tax on unrealized capital gains, as required by Danish tax rules, it was stated.

Following the transaction, Peter Skou controls a total of 667,559 shares in Atlantic Sapphire, equivalent to 0.9 per cent of the company’s outstanding shares.
