The multi-million dollar deal was signed by Akva group Chile.
The announcement on the Norwegian stock exchange came this afternoon.
It says: “AKVA group Chile, a wholly owned subsidiary of AKVA group, has today entered into a sale and purchase contract for 4 feed barges to Australis Mar. The contract has a value of 12,6 MUSD.”
Australis Mar is a Chilean salmon farmer and is expected to receive the barges in August 2020 in Chile.
