Bakkafrost has raised €370 million in share issues

Faroese salmon farmer has sold 7.3 million shares at a share price of NOK 500.

Bakkafrost announced last night that the company was doing a private placement to co-finance the multimillion acquisition of The Scottish Salmon Company.

DNB Markets, a part of DNB Bank, Goldman Sachs International and Nordea Bank, filial i Norge acted as joint book-runners and managers for the Private Placement.

On Thursday morning, the company announces that the money has been raised following an accelerated book-building process.
