Despite tough competition in Norway and a warm summer in Europe, BioMar Group said it’s recovering significantly.

In a press release released today, the company said that better than expected results this year brought BioMar in shape to raise the EBITDA guidance for the year from the range of EUR 69.7- 74 million to the range of EUR 72.3- 75 million:

“We knew that the third quarter would be a challenging quarter for the salmon division due to tough competition, especially in Norway. However, we are looking forward to recovering volumes and results. I believe that we will soon see that we are performing well again in Norway,” wrote Carlos Diaz, CEO of BioMar Group.
