De Cartier “brings a wealth of experience to the company, with an MSC in economics and business administration and a master’s in accounting from NHH,” Biomega said in a statement. Prior to joining Biomega, de Cartier worked in a management position at Ernst & Young for over seven years.

“Everyone at Biomega is delighted to welcome Renate into the company. She brings almost a decade of experience and a positive spirit to our accounting department which will be vital as we continue to grow,” Stig Petersen, CEO at Biomega, said, welcoming the appointment.

“We are always looking forward, and we are pleased to see Renate has already left a positive impression on the business. We see her as a key player in the long-term commercial journey of Biomega,” Petersen added.

Biomega is a global biorefining company, providing innovative premium ingredients to the nutrition and pet food markets.

De Cartier expressed her desire to further refining the company’s processes. “I am delighted to join the growing Biomega team as the new Head of Accounting. Walking into an already successful accounting system and improving it further is a challenge that I relish, and I look forward to making my mark as the company continues to go from strength to strength,” de Cartier stated.
