Chief executive buys shares in Scottish Salmon Company

CEO of The Scottish Salmon Company (SSC) Craig Anderson has purchased 27,000 shares in its own company, the fish farmer wrote in a stock exchange announcement on Sunday.

It was not disclosed when the transaction was completed.

Anderson bought the shares at an average price of NOK 17 (EUR 1.7) per share, which amounted to NOK 459,000 (EUR 47 thousand).

Before Friday’s closing time on the Oslo Stock Exchange, SSC traded at NOK 16.50 (EUR 1.6). During the last 12 months, SSC’s share has risen by a whopping 94 per cent.

After the transaction, Anderson now holds a total of 456,086 shares in SSC
