Former CEO buys shares in Mowi

Mowi deputy chairman of the board Alf-Helge Aarskog has purchased shares.

On Thursday, in a statement on the Oslo Stock Exchange, Mowi writes that Alf-Helge Aarskog purchased 10,000 shares in Mowi at a price of NOK 154.50 per share.

Following the transaction, Alf-Helge Aarskog now owns 10,338 shares in Mowi.

Last year, Aarskog stepped down after almost 10 years at the helm. He remains deputy chairman of the board.

At the beginning of the week, Alf-Helge Aarskog made his operational comeback as industry adviser and board member to the new seafood investment company Bluefront Equity.
