Estonian owned company makes changes to the management board.
PR Foods – which owns JRJ & PRF Limited, compiled of the luxury smoked salmon brands John Ross Jr and Coln Valley Smokery, has announced changes to the management of its subsidiaries, in a press release today.
Kit Harrison has been removed from the management board of JRJ & PRF Limited, the Scottish subsidiary of Saaremere Kala (itself, a subsidiary of PRFoods) and Anna Crona has been chosen the new member of the management board.
Anna Crona is the founder of personal marketing agency Crona Tamander & Co and the digital production company STOPP. Anna Crona is the former marketing manager of IKEA branch of England and Ireland.
Other changes include Mairi Paiste, the current member of the supervisory board of Saaremere Kala who has been replaced from the supervisory board by Helin Tiido and Emil Johannes Metsson. Saaremere Kala is planning to build a 2,050 metric tonne offshore rainbow trout complex in the vicinity of Hiiumaa, off the coast of Estonia.
