Hotel tycoon buys 1.1m Atlantic Sapphire shares

Increasing ownership in landbased salmon farmer.

Hotel tycoon Petter Stordalen-owned Strawberry Capital has bought 1,105,215 shares in Atlantic Sapphire on Monday. It is not known at what stock price the purchase was made.

The stock price in the troubled land-based fish farming company rises by 14 per cent, to NOK 5.49, just after lunch Monday.

Strawberry Capital now owns a total of 7,879,312 shares, corresponding to 5.14 per cent of outstanding shares, according to a stock exchange announcement.

In addition to this, Jon-Birger Løvik, COO and primary insider, has today acquired 100,000 shares in
Atlantic Sapphire at an average price of NOK 5.13 per share.

Following the transaction, Løvik holds 158,086 shares in the company, the equivalent of 0.1 per cent of the outstanding shares.
