Ice Fish Farm revenues increase as higher volume of salmon is harvested

Ice Fish Farm have released their results for the second quarter of 2021. The group’s total operating revenues amounted to NOK 601 million (€57.9 million) against NOK 610 million (€58.7 million) in the same period last year.

This gave an EBITDA (operational operating profit before depreciation and before value adjustment fair value biomass) of NOK 221 million (€21 million) against NOK 205 million in the same period last year. EBIT per kg was NOK 13.5 for the quarter.

The company showed an operating profit before biomass adjustment of NOK 14.8 million (€1.4 million) in the second quarter, compared with NOK 4.7 million (€450,000) in the same period last year.

A transaction agreement has also been entered into with the owners of SalmoNor, with a view to carrying out a merger between Midt-Norsk Havbruk and SalmoNor.
