Insider acquires more shares in Atlantic Sapphire

The Miami land-based salmon farmer has taken a beating on the stock exchange in recent months, but insiders are increasing their ownership position.

In a statement on the Oslo Stock Exchange on Monday, board member and primary insider Alexander Reus acquired 20,000 shares at an average price of NOK 87.50. Following the transaction, Alexander Reus holds 1,601,051 shares in the Company, corresponding to two per-cent of the total shares outstanding in the company.

Reus acquired 27,700 shares in the company last week amounting to EUR 0.2 million last week.

In September, Atlantic Sapphire carried out the first commercial harvest at the company’s facilities in Miami.
