Over the past 12 months, the stockprice has risen 52 per cent and it’s now at a new, all-time high.
Runar Vatne, board member and primary insider in Atlantic Sapphire, through the company Vatne Equity has purchased 400,000 shares in Atlantic Sapphire. The purchases were made at an average price of NOK 127.50 per share, according to a report from the company.
The share price of the company rose to NOK 135.50, a new all-time high, after the transaction. Over the past 12 months, the rate has risen 52 per cent.
After the transaction, Vatne Equity owns 3.7 million shares, corresponding to 5.2 per cent of the outstanding shares of the land-based salmon farmer.
