Insiders buy 14,666 Scottish Salmon Company shares

No discounts for own investors.

On Friday in a financial post, The Scottish Salmon Company reports that it has sold 14,666 treasury shares to employees as part of the Company’s 2019 Share Incentive Plan.

The shares were sold at NOK 24.9 per share being the closing share price on the Oslo Stock Exchange on the 11th September 2019.

Following these transfers, the Company holds 153,675 treasury shares and The Scottish Salmon Company share capital remains unchanged at EUR 17.5 million divided into 194,029,173 fully paid common shares, each with a par value of EUR 0.09.

In July, SalmonBusiness reported that the salmon farmer led by CEO Craig Anderson is looking for bidders to purchase part or all of company.
