Henning Beltestad, CEO of Lerøy Seafood Group, purchased 20,000 shares in the company on Tuesday at an average price of NOK 49.6 per share, according to a stock exchange announcement on Wednesday.
The transaction, valued at NOK 992,000 ($89,280/€84,320), increases Beltestad’s total shareholding in the company to 84,200 shares.
Lerøy Seafood Group, one of Norway’s largest seafood companies, has seen steady trading activity in recent weeks as market participants assess sector performance amid fluctuating fish prices and regulatory developments.
