Knut Hallvard Leroy has sold his remaining shares in Leroy Seafood Group, a note to shareholders late Wednesday said.

Leroy is company marketing director in the company and the younger brother of former chief executive and current Marine Harvest chairman, Ole-Eirik Leroy.
