Therese Log Bergjord has informed the company that she’s leaving the board of SalMar.
According to a stock exchange announcement Thursday morning, the reason for her resignation is that Log Bergjord is taking up the position of Managing Director of Skretting Global Salmon and Fish Feed Southern Europe.
The stock exchange announcement states that the position as Managing Director of Skretting is not compatible with SalMar’s management position.
Log Bergjord leaves her position in SalMar with immediate effect.
