Sticks’n’Sushi will open five more restaurants in the coming fiscal year.
According to Berlingske Business, Sticks’n’Sushi has a deviating fiscal year and sales have grown by 114 percent from €28m in 2011/2012 to €60.3m in 2016/2017.
“We pursue a clear growth strategy and took another step in the journey in 2017 when we entered the German market with the opening of a restaurant in Berlin. We are now using a lot of effort to optimize our operating platform and get new restaurants up and running,” said Kim Rahbek Hansen in a press release in connection with the company’s annual accounts for 2016/2017.
The company has over 1100 employees, and has restaurants in Copenhagen, London and Berlin.
