Morpol cancels plan to build new salmon oil and fish meal factory in Poland

News of the cancellation was announced during a press conference at Utska commune office.
According to GP24, the mayor of Utska, Poland and the board of Morpol issued a joint statement on this matter.

Morpol intended to open a salmon oil and fish meal factory, but these plans were met with great opposition from councilors of the municipality of Ustka and city councils and residents.
According to the official statement, the withdrawal of the plan came after considering environmental conditions in the area.
