New salmon ranges in all three categories: cold smoked, fully cooked and ready to cook.
In the latest edition of Mowi’s newsletter The Scoop, the salmon farmer writes that its Scottish arm of operations has developed a new range for the UK supermarket Sainsburys.
The products include: Smoked Hebridean Salmon in the Taste the Difference range, gin infused smoked salmon, salmon chunks marinated with sweet chilli, as well as newly developed bake in the bag salmon portions with sweet chilli butter.
The salmon farmer also wrote that their latest innovation is a Thai style salmon fishcakes, which was created to achieve zero food waste by using as much of the fish as possible.
