Mowi pays out NOK 1.034 billion in dividends after record year.
Mowi has approved a quarterly dividend payout of NOK 1.034 billion, distributing NOK 2.00 per share to shareholders. This equates to approximately $92.1 million or €89.2 million based on current exchange rates.
Mowi’s shares on the Oslo Stock Exchange will trade inclusive of the dividend until and including 20 February 2025.

From 21 February 2025 onwards, the shares will be traded ex-dividend. The record date for shareholders is set for 24 February 2025, with an expected payment date of 3 March 2025.
This distribution highlights Mowi’s robust financial performance following a record-breaking year in 2024, with all-time high revenues and harvest volumes.
As of February 12, Mowi has approximately 517 million outstanding shares. The payout, representing 0.92% of Mowi’s market capitalization of NOK 112.37 billion, underscores the company’s strong commitment to returning capital to shareholders.
