Mowi Scotland’s Inchmore Hatchery is undergoing a transformation into a visitor experience aimed at educating stakeholders about the company and the aquaculture industry.
The initiative will highlight the industry’s role in sustainable food production for a growing global population.
The project, led by creative agency Dynam, is designed to appeal to politicians, investors, buyers, community groups, and potential industry professionals. The visitor center will feature static graphics, sensory displays, and interactive digital touchscreens showcasing short films about Mowi’s operations.

Fiona Patience from Dynam stated, “Our brief was clear: create an experience that showcases the entire Mowi value chain while highlighting career opportunities, environmental commitments, and Mowi’s impact on local communities. We’ve used Mowi’s strong brand, striking imagery, and clear messaging complemented by detailed short films.”
Matt Paget, Manager at Inchmore, emphasized the importance of the project, noting, “This new visitor experience will provide insight into the world of aquaculture, showing the positive work we do to produce a healthy and sustainable product in the UK. Visitors can learn at their own pace using the interactive facilities and sensory displays.”
Construction began this week, with plans to open the visitor experience later this month.
