Mowi’s headquarters are put up for sale

Generates annual rental income of NOK 5.37 million (EUR 537,000).

Kyte Næringsmegling has been awarded the sales assignment for the properties Sandviksbodene 77A and Sandviksbodene 78A in Bergen, Norway, according to news outlet Estatevest.no.

The two properties will be sold through a share transfer in the company Sandvikstranden, which is controlled by Nordfjord Kjøtt owner Geir Egil Roksvåg and real estate investor Gaute Henriksen.

The properties consist of two office buildings with a total area of 2,947 square meters. Both buildings are rented by salmon giant Mowi.

Mowi’s lease runs until 31 January 2025, with an option for five new years, according to the sales prospectus.
