Shake up and new executive appointments for Gael Force Group

Operations Director Iain Forbes and Finance Director Tim Phillips are retiring.

In a press release, aquaculture equipment and technology supply partner Gael Force Group writes that it has made new appointments to the board for its next phase of strategic growth.

Retiring this September from Gael Force Group after nearly 20 years is Operations Director Iain Forbes.

Forbes said that he was certain that the company will continue to go from strength to strength in the forthcoming years. “I wish everyone at Gael Force Group all the very best in the next exciting chapter of the business.”

On Forbes, Group Managing Director Stewart Graham said: “It truly feels like the end of one era and the beginning of another.”

Group Sales Director Jamie Young and Group Production Director Stephen Offord have both been promoted to the Gael Force Group board.

New Group Finance Director Robert Foster who has joined the Group from oil field service Halliburton, has replaced Tim Phillips, who is retiring after almost 8 years with Gael Force.

Gael Force said the its strategy – which it said helped it it to increase sales climb from GBP 17.1m in 2016 to GBP 41.5m in 2019 – will form part of a new 5-year plan. This will wield a similar rate of growth as the previous 4 years, “with more than a doubling of sales and its workforce over the 5-year period,” it wrote.
