One of France’s biggest supermarkets is recalling this smoked salmon over listeria

A test has revealed the presence of Listeria monocytogenes in Kritsen Irish pure organic smoked salmon at Carrefour. The second batch in only a few weeks.

Carrefour, one of the largest hypermarket chains in France, is urgently recalling 120g packets of Scottish smoked salmon from Marine Harvest’s French Kritsen range according to 60millions-mag.

There are 4,237 Carrefour stores in France.

A batch of Scottish Kristen (non-organic) smoked salmon has already been recalled due to listeria contamination on 21/11/2018.
