British Columbian steel cage maker to build team in Puerto Montt.

Poseidon Ocean Systems, a Canadian company specialising in the development of salmon farming infrastructure and life support systems, has announced that it will be expanding its offerings to the Chilean market.

The opening of an office in Puerto Montt is the next step in the company’s expansion and growth plans.

Poseidon’s aquaculture steel cage system is engineered for aggressive waters. They are used by Cermaq off the coast of British Columbia, Canada. Loch Duart has also chosen Trident’s Hybrid Steel Cage for its sites in North West Scotland.
