The North Atlantic Seafood Forum (NASF) has announced its 20th edition, set to take place in Bergen, Norway, from March 4-6, 2025.

The event will feature a three-day program focused on key challenges and opportunities within the global seafood industry.

The conference will begin with the third edition of “Technology Tuesday,” which includes a new session, Cage Talk, where leading producers will share solutions to open-cage farming challenges. Additional sessions such as Aquafeed Industry News and NASFTec Aqua aim to provide insights for senior executives in technology and feed innovation.

The Wednesday plenary session will feature keynote addresses on pressing issues for the seafood sector, followed by the Salmon Summit, where salmon welfare will take center stage with an expert panel discussion.

Investor seminars are expected to be a major draw, with presentations from companies across the seafood value chain. A new seminar focusing on whitefish aquaculture has been added to this year’s program.

The NASF team emphasized the significance of the milestone event. “We are confident that the program for the upcoming conference will be both inspiring and informative for seafood executives,” said NASF CEO André Akse. “Our aim is always to improve on the previous year, and we believe this year’s program will inspire, motivate, and challenge the decision-makers of the seafood world.”

The full program for NASF2025, comprising over 20 sessions, is now available online. Delegates can register via the NASF portal, which also offers discounted accommodation options on a first-come, first-served basis.
