The purpose of the listing of the fish farming subsidiary Salmon Camanchaca is “to strengthen the financial position, access specialized capital markets in the industry and prepare the company for its plan of expansion and investment in the following years.”
Shareholders met on Thursday, September 14, and decided to register the subsidiary Salmones Camanchaca SA. That decision was ratified by submitting the necessary documents to begin the process of opening its stock market listing in Chile to the regulatory body.
