Chilean start up Altum Lab says futuristic tech will improve yield.

Salmones Camanchaca has selected Altum Lab to implement an artificial intelligence solution to optimize its harvest program.

Altum Lab developed Bruna AI, a website that through mathematical models improves the mixture of raw materials by combining other variables.

The Bruna platform already works with companies from different sectors such as mining and food. The company had plans to reach China and the United States in 2019, but they realized that the companies that were closest to their value proposition are in Latin America.

Altum Lab told Diario Financeiro that they by implementing the AI to optimise Camanchaca harvest, the project improve salmon yield, considering variables such as production capacities, demand and salmon prices.
