Mickael Melaye will join as a Senior Advisor on August 15th. Seafood People is a management consulting and executive search firm for the global seafood industry based in Bergen, Norway
Melaye is an established executive coach, public speaker and mentor. He arrives with years of experience in leadership roles which include serving as a Naval Flight Officer with the French Navy, Managing Director of global aerospace leader, Airbus, in its Helicopter International Services division as well as serving on numerous Board of Directors. He has improved the performance of C-suite leaders, worked with UN agencies and mentored early career women leaders.
Melaye earned his MBA from Aix-Marseille Graduate School of Management – IAE. He attained his Coaching Certificate from one of the most prestigious business schools in the world, INSEAD and Professional Coach Certification from the International Coaching Federation.
