Offering oversubscribed.

At 07:15 on Tuesday morning, a stock exchange announcement came in that NTS’s Icelandic subsidiary Ice Fish Farm wanted to raise money through a share issue and a share sale totaling EUR 35.5 million.

About three hours later, at 10:33, joint bookrunners ABG Sundal Collier and DNB Markets reported that buyer interest now already exceeds the number of shares that have been put up for sale.

“Further to the announcement published earlier this morning regarding the contemplated private placement in Ice Fish Farm AS together with Fiskeldi Austfjarda. NTS has been informed that the joint bookrunners in the private placement have received orders such that the offering is oversubscribed,” states the exchange announcement from NTS.
