Shotgun and explosives stolen from salmon farm

Seal bombs, two dart guns and a shotgun stolen from Tassal site in Tasmania, Australia.

ABC reports that police are investigating a break-in at the Tassal Dover facility, where thieves have taken 432 seal bombs, two dart guns and a shotgun from locked safes inside a locked shed.

The break in was reported to police on the April 28th.

The weapons are seal deterrents and government-approved. Police said that their investigation would look at whether appropriate firearms licences were held.

The safes were unlocked using keys stored inside a keypad safe on the property, the publication reported.
