A price level increase about 0,41 EUR per kilo according to exporters SalmonBusiness has spoken to.

Over 5 EUR per kilo
Himself as well as several other industry sources SalmonBusiness spoke to, outlined the following salmon prices:
- 3-4 kg: 4,9-5 EUR
- 4-5 kg: 5,2-53 EUR
- 5-6 kg: 5,4-56 kroner
“6+ going to China is around 6,2-6,5 EUR per kilo,” he added.
“There is an increase, the question is, how significant is it going to be?”
An importer told SalmonBusiness that prices aren’t completely settled yet, but that price levels are rising.
“At the moment, there’s a huge gap between what the farmers demand and what the exporters are willing to pay,” he told SalmonBusiness.
“There is an increase, the question is, how significant is it going to be? I’m hearing everything between an increase between 0,2 EUR and 0,8 EUR per kilo,” he continued.
Positive trend
Another exporter said the same.
“The price level (as mentioned above) is the same I’m hearing,” he said, before adding:
“There is a positive trend.”
