Decent salary in demanding year.
CEO Ivan Vindheim was, unsurprisingly, the wage winner of the salmon giant in 2020. Vindheim secured a total pay package of EUR 1,434,000.
The salary overview presented in the company’s annual report states that this consists of salary, cash bonus, a share bonus, pension and “other”.
Next on the list is the Brit Ben Hadfield. Mowi COO Scotland, Ireland and the Faroes Hadfield got paid EUR 962,000
Next to follow was another with a long track record in the Mowi management, Ola Brattvoll. Mowi COO sales & marketing Brattvoll earned EUR 887,000.
Mowi’s board members also got decently paid. The best paid, naturally, is chairman Ole-Eirik Lerøy. He earned EUR 112,000.
In total, Mowi paid its directors EUR 713,000 in 2020.
