Promotion at Ventisqueros.
Chilean salmon producer Ventisqueros have announced that Chief Commercial Officer Fernando Perez is to step down after four years and will be replaced by former sales manager Domingo Calvo.
Before joining Ventisqueros, Calvo was export manager at wine and spirits firm Vina Casa Silva. Calvo starts in his new role 15 December.
