WiSA opens applications for 2025 mentoring programme.
The Women in Scottish Aquaculture (WiSA) Mentoring Programme has opened applications for its 2025 cohort, offering women in the sector an opportunity to be paired with experienced industry leaders to support career development.
The nine-month scheme is designed to help mentees build skills, confidence, and professional networks through structured mentoring sessions. Participants will engage in at least nine meetings with their mentors over the course of the programme.
“Being a mentor is so rewarding. It creates opportunities to pass on experience and guidance as well as making new connections and friendships,” said Donald Waring, Learning and Development Manager at Mowi.
