Stordalen increases stake in Atlantic Sapphire

Hotel investor Petter Stordalen came heavily into the ownership side of the fish farming company in connection with the share issue earlier this summer. Now fresh shareholder lists show that Stordalen, through the investment company Strawberry Capital, has continued to buy shares.

Strawberry Capital is now listed as the owner of 4.1 million shares in the company, after buying a further 1.28 million shares, E24 reports .

The shareholding has a value of NOK 87.5 million (€8.72 million), based on the company’s latest trading price.

Stordalen is now Atlantic Sapphire’s fifth largest shareholder. The founders Johan E. Andreassen and Bjørn-Vegard Løvik are still the largest owners, with 12 percent of the shares via the investment company Alsco.
